Certified Trainer

I have been training people since 2015. After graduating high school, I began working at The Extreme Fitness Studio. My part-time job became my passion and I decided to make it a career. 

 

Fitness

I am a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and a ISSA Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. Our private gym specializes in 30-minute, weight-based programs, tailor-made for one-on-one or two-on-one training for each client.

Nutrition

Becoming healthier is more than physical exercise, it is also what you fuel yourself with. I am an ISSA Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist and NCI Levels 1 and 2 Nutrition Coach.
